## Description

Mastercard is seeking a Director, Small Business Sales Specialist to lead and execute the SMB go-to-market strategy across North America.

The successful candidate will work cross-functionally across the broader Commercial and New Payment Flows team to partner and cross-sell solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading and executing the SMB go-to-market strategy across North America

- Working cross-functionally with stakeholders from Product, Account Management Marketing, Franchise, and Customer Delivery

- Engaging clients, identifying high-potential opportunities, building a strong and dynamic sales pipeline, and closing deals

- Driving commercialization efforts and ensuring seamless execution of SMB initiatives

- Supporting client-facing negotiations and leading or co-leading key SMB deals

- Tracking and managing pipeline performance using SFDC and commercialization tools

- Championing internal alignment across all product groups, Finance, Sales Excellence

- Developing and promoting SMB growth strategies and identifying best practices

- Fostering sales enablement by creating compelling client materials, training sessions, and use-case content

The ideal candidate will have:

- Deep experience and expertise within the financial services and payments ecosystem

- Experience in building new enterprise relationships with partners

- Proven ability to bring products and solutions together to meet specific segment needs

- Strong intellectual curiosity and ability to work autonomously

- Relentless drive to achieve desired outcomes

Mastercard offers a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.

Salary Range: $182,000 to $291,000
