## Description

You will be part of a team of 12 commercial and technical product managers. With your knowledge of IT product management and leadership experience, you will work with the technical product manager to create a solid product foundation and ensure a high level of professionalism and execution power.

As a Product Lead, you will be responsible for managing a portion of our products and services portfolio. You will ensure that our propositions align with customer needs and market developments. You will be the link between marketing, chain management, operations, and suppliers, and play a key role in the success of our products.

Your main responsibilities:

- Market analysis and positioning: You will analyze trends, customer needs, and competition, and translate this into a strong positioning of your portfolio.

- Commercial planning: You will develop plans for the short and medium term, including pricing advice, margins, and KPIs.

- Innovation: You will identify opportunities, develop new propositions, and build business cases that make a difference.

- Chain management: You will define commercial goals, monitor performance, and ensure that all links in the chain work together optimally.

- Supplier management: You will negotiate terms and conditions, and monitor performance to ensure our products remain competitive.

Requirements:

- Knowledge of and experience with security-related IT products and services.

- HBO/WO work and thinking level.

- Ability to discuss with customers, suppliers, and colleagues at different levels about our Network & Security product portfolio and develop it (horizon 1-5 years).

- Experience with in-depth customer conversations at IT management and director level.

- Affinity with the identity domain IAM/PAM/IGA.

- Good command of the Dutch language, Dutch speaking only.

We offer:

- A gross monthly salary of at least € 4,658,- and a maximum of € 6,814,- depending on your work experience, based on 40 hours.

- A fixed 13th month, part of which you receive monthly and part in January of the following year.
