As a Front of House Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in driving team performance, maintaining high standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You'll be a champion of our values, coaching and mentoring your team to deliver outstanding results.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Requirements:**

- Experience in a leadership role, with a focus on driving team performance and delivering high standards

**Benefits:**

- Base pay rate: £14.10 per hour

- Additional £1.25 per hour Mystery Shopper bonus once training is complete
