We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Vietnam.

**Job Responsibilities :**

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including user acquisition, brand awareness, community events, and offline events.

- Prepare the marketing budget and define the marketing mix based on CPI and install volume targets.

- Execute performance marketing and user acquisition plans at different stages of a game's lifecycle.

- Maintain the marketing roadmap for a portfolio of games.

- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels.

- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for optimization.

- Oversee the creation of marketing assets.

- Perform competitor marketing execution analysis.

- Measure and report on cohorted campaign performance.

- Scale up social media reach, engagement, and conversion.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.

**Pre-Requisites :**

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of experience in the gaming industry.

- In-depth knowledge of mobile marketing channels.

- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Twitter, and third-party ad networks.

- Experience with performance marketing metrics and optimization.

- Strong analytical skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the mobile gaming industry.

- Based in Ho Chi Minh City.
