## Description

Grab is Southeast Asia's leading superapp, offering various services including food delivery, financial management, and transportation.

The Associate, Strategy & BizOps - Mobility role is part of the Strategy and BizOps - Mobility team, which is responsible for aligning business direction and executing initiatives across all services nationwide.

Key responsibilities:

- Own and drive key supply performance metrics and exploit opportunities to drive and capture growth for Grab mobility business

- Transform large sets of data to analyze and gain insights for making business decisions in special projects

- Continuously evolve strategies to incentivize and shift drivers' behavior and maintain a healthy retention rate

- Optimize and strengthen core services of Grab transport businesses countrywide with the regional marketplace team

- Manage multiple, critical, time-sensitive initiatives with stakeholders across the organization to ensure quick and effective execution

- Conduct on-ground visits to key cities to gather insights, identify opportunities for both drivers and passengers, and propose growth strategies

Essential qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or above in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, or similar fields

- At least 2 years of work experience

- Strong quantitative, creative, data analysis, and project management skills

- Very good English proficiency

Nice-to-have qualifications:

- Work experience in data analysis, project management

- SQL proficiency
