As an Account Executive - Direct Sales, you will be part of the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team, responsible for offering payment processing solutions to local businesses, educating business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions, closing deals, and earning activation bonuses and monthly commissions with long-term residuals.

You will work independently with full support and training, and enjoy an uncapped commission structure with top reps earning $100K+ annually, residual income, flexible scheduling, sales training and mentorship, activation bonuses, and a Presidents Club Incentive Trip and Annual Sales Conference.

To succeed in this role, you should be a natural communicator and closer, comfortable with face-to-face selling, resilient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented, with at least 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience, preferably in merchant services or payment processing sales.

You must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance, be able to work well independently and as part of a team, and possess the ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.
