## Description

We're looking for a Senior Producer with strong motion and post-production expertise to lead integrated campaigns across live action and content. You'll work with global clients across gaming, tech, and entertainment, supporting projects from concept through delivery.

### Responsibilities

- Lead production for integrated campaigns with a strong motion and post-production component

- Own all phases of production, from scoping and timelines through shoot logistics and delivery

- Collaborate with creative, strategy, and client teams to align across disciplines

- Manage vendors, production partners, and freelance crews

- Serve as the day-to-day production lead with clients

- Problem-solve to maintain creative quality while protecting schedules and budgets

### Requirements

- 6+ years of production experience, with strong motion and post-production expertise

- Experience producing integrated campaigns across motion and content

- Solid understanding of production budgeting, scheduling, and resourcing

- Experience working with agencies and top-tier brands

- Strong communication and leadership skills

- Ability and willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, productions, and company events. A valid passport and driver's licence are required

### Nice to Have

- Experience in XM and digital production is a plus
