## Description

Anduril Industries is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test & Evaluation Manager to accelerate development timelines and drive the evolution of frontline mission operations.

The Manager, Test & Evaluation Engineer, CW will lead, mentor, and uplevel a technical team of test engineers, each managing the full test lifecycle across their product lines.

Responsibilities:

- Lead test planning, execution, and reporting for developmental and operational test events

- Ensure system-level performance is validated in laboratory and field environments

- Collaborate with engineering, program management, and government stakeholders to deliver rigorously tested systems

- Define and manage verification strategies that encompass requirements-based, scenario-based, and operationally relevant test methods

- Coordinate cross-functional test activities with Program Management, Engineering, and external test ranges and agencies

- Oversee Test Readiness Reviews, guide Safety Review Boards, manage test incidents, and track deficiencies

- Ensure that all issues and deviations from performance specifications or system requirements are documented, prioritized, and communicated to engineering teams

- Establish measurable test coverage metrics and ensure traceability from requirements through verification and validation results

- Perform and supervise data analysis related to system performance during lab and operational test environments

- Represent the program at customer reviews, readiness boards, and milestone decision points

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline

- 5-8 years of experience in system-level test and evaluation of integrated hardware/software systems

- Proven experience leading test teams and managing complex multi-site test campaigns

- Hands-on experience executing developmental and operational test events in lab and field environments

- Strong background in requirements development, test planning, verification/validation, and test reporting

- Experience with RF communications, tactical datalinks, and networked C2 systems in at least one DoD operational environment

- Demonstrated familiarity with industry and DoD test processes, including MIL-STD test protocols and government verification practices

- Skilled in test metrics definition and reporting

- Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Systems Engineering or related technical field

- Previous experience as Test Lead on a DoD ACAT I/II program or equivalent

- Knowledge of EMI/EMC, MIL-STD-810 environmental testing, and MIL-STD-1275/1553/1760 standards

- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence implementation to test workflows, test automation frameworks, data analysis tools, and test instrumentation

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, software integration, and hardware-in-the-loop test environments
