## Description

We are accelerating the transformation of our Post-Sales business by connecting strategy, execution, and customer experience across our entire dealership network. The Planning and Strategic Development department acts as a partner to the business, ensuring that strategic initiatives are implemented with excellence and generate real impact in the field.

As a Business Ext Consult SR, you will be the 'eyes and ears' of the strategy in the field, ensuring that developed initiatives are relevant, applicable, and successful in the day-to-day operations of our dealerships. Your role will be crucial in connecting planning and execution, driving sustainable results, profitability, and excellence in customer experience.

Key responsibilities:

- Act as a liaison between corporate strategy and field execution, ensuring the effective implementation of Post-Sales initiatives

- Support the development, execution, and monitoring of pilot projects, ensuring structured feedback collection and insight generation

- Identify operational gaps and growth opportunities within our dealership network

- Validate new concepts and solutions in real environments, ensuring their viability and scalability

- Drive the standardization of operational processes, promoting consistency, efficiency, and excellence in management

- Develop close relationships with key stakeholders in our dealerships, understanding their metrics and business dynamics

- Contribute to the evolution of our field team, promoting the transition from an operational profile to a consultative approach focused on results

Requirements:

- Experience in commercial areas, Post-Sales, business consulting, or dealership management

- Strong understanding of field operations and performance indicators (KPIs)

- Analytical capacity and ability to transform data into practical actions

- Excellent communication and influence skills

- Availability for frequent national travel

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience in the automotive sector

- Experience with implementing strategic projects or pilots

- Knowledge of process improvement and performance management

- Experience with business model transformation or internal consulting
