**Job Responsibilities :**

- Create a welcoming environment for customers, greeting and assisting them, and responding to their inquiries.

- Be knowledgeable in all merchandise categories, making suitable suggestions to customers.

- Ensure customers receive top-level service and quality merchandise.

- Demonstrate the ideal R.A.Z.E.R. experience to customers.

- Regularly communicate with Store Managers and Supervisors for product knowledge updates.

- Maintain flexible availability to meet store needs.

- Adhere to company standards for store and associate appearance.

- Assist in maintaining store cleanliness and organisation.

- Help with inventory control and stock management.

- Execute product displays and remerchandising as directed.

- Receive vendor deliveries and replenish the sales floor.

- Enforce company policies and procedures.

- Perform additional duties as directed.
