## Description

Samsara is seeking an Implementation Consultant to join their Customer Success team. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping Mid-Market customers deploy and adopt Samsara's IoT solutions for their fleet and industrial assets.

The Implementation Consultant will own the customer relationship and ensure a successful deployment of Samsara's solution. The role requires exceptional customer-facing communication skills, the ability to quickly understand a customer's business, and comfort explaining technology products to both executives and day-to-day users.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing the deployment of Samsara technology to Mid-Market customers

- Creating launch plans and roadmaps to increase product usage

- Tracking implementation progress, participation, product adoption, and account health

- Running training sessions and demonstrating Samsara's technology

- Juggling multiple customer engagements in parallel and working cross-functionally

The ideal candidate has 2-4+ years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role, with a preference for Mid-Market SaaS experience. Fluency in English and French is required.
