## Description

We are seeking a Physiotherapist to join our team at Three Shires Hospital in Northampton. This is a bank role working on an 'as and when required' basis, primarily on weekends.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Undertaking detailed physiotherapy assessments for patients with various needs

- Formulating and delivering individualised treatment plans using evidence-based interventions

- Delivering therapeutic interventions such as exercise therapy, manual techniques, and mobility training

- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated care

- Maintaining accurate patient records and recommending mobility aids and therapy equipment

Applicants should have:

- A BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy or equivalent recognised qualification

- HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist

- Good clinical reasoning and treatment planning skills

- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team

- Strong communication and organisation skills
