## Description

Sur La Table is seeking an Email & SMS Associate to join their marketing team. As an Email & SMS Associate, you will learn and grow into owning the email and SMS program, building, checking, and sending campaigns to a large retail audience.

Responsibilities:

- Build email and SMS campaigns in Braze

- Own pre-send QA on every campaign

- Schedule and deploy daily campaigns

- Turn the campaign calendar into briefs and tickets in Wrike

- Partner with Creative, E-commerce, and Merchandising teams

- Run A/B tests on subject lines, creative, and timing

- Use AI tools like Claude to speed up campaign work

- Track performance on open, click, and conversion rates

Requirements:

- 0-2 years of hands-on experience sending email campaigns

- A track record of learning fast

- Experience using AI on your own initiative

- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to take feedback well

- Organizational skills

- Comfort with technical work and willingness to learn basic HTML

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Braze, Wunderkind, Google Analytics, Heap, Adobe Suite, or Canva

- SMS campaign experience

- HTML and CSS for email

- Retail or e-commerce industry experience

- A/B testing

- Experience with Wrike, Figma, Email on Acid, or Litmus
