## Description

We are seeking a strategic Category Lead to join our organization in Jakarta, Indonesia. As a Category Lead, you will drive the performance and growth of your assigned category while leading a talented team to deliver.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive category strategies that align with organizational objectives and market opportunities

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering professional growth and accountability

- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize category positioning

- Manage category performance metrics, conduct regular reviews, and implement data-driven improvements to achieve targets

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and finance to ensure seamless execution of category initiatives

- Oversee budget allocation and resource management to maximize return on investment and operational efficiency

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and partners to support category objectives

- Drive innovation and process improvements to enhance category competitiveness and profitability

- Monitor inventory levels, product mix, and assortment to optimize shelf space and customer satisfaction

- Prepare regular reports and presentations on category performance for senior leadership

Qualifications:

- 4+ years of experience in category management, product management, or related roles

- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with proficiency in performance metrics and KPIs

- Experience with strategic planning and execution in a fast-paced environment

- Demonstrated expertise in market analysis and competitive positioning

- Solid understanding of supply chain and inventory management principles

- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities

- Proficiency in budget management and P&L responsibility
