## Description

As a Talent Acquisition and Internal Mobility Advisor at Ubisoft, you will play a crucial role in finding, attracting, evaluating, and selecting top external and internal talent for the organisation.

You will develop recruitment strategies and selection processes to meet the hiring needs of all studios in the region.

Your responsibilities include:

- Creating recruitment strategies and selection processes to meet studio needs

- Supporting and guiding managers to meet their recruitment needs, acting as a trusted advisor on talent selection

- Accompanying candidates and employees throughout the selection process, documenting interactions, follow-ups, and negotiations

To succeed in this role, you bring:

- In-depth knowledge of the organisation's talent pool and skills to match internal candidates with job openings

- Ability to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and experience to determine suitability for specific roles

- Strong understanding of the organisation's structure, departments, functions, and roles

- Negotiation skills to secure top candidates while ensuring internal equity and C&B criteria

- Ability to provide constructive feedback to candidates and employees
