We’re Workday, a leading AI platform for managing people, money, and agents. We're seeking a driven Business Development Representative to join our expanding team in Dublin.

In this role, you will apply your consultative selling skills to initiate long-standing relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors. Success relies on using effective selling strategies to optimally position Workday as a viable alternative to legacy solutions, while educating the market on our technology and applications. You will help generate new business opportunities through strategic outbound calling and prospecting into enterprise companies.

**Requirements**

- Advanced language skills in Dutch and English

- 1 year of experience in sales, sales development, recruitment, customer service, renewals, consulting or internships

- Salesforce knowledge is a plus

- Credibility & value proposition: articulate the value and potential of technology

- Candid communication & trust building: excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

- Business acumen: absorb new concepts and showcase a passion for innovation

- Accountability: demonstrate a highly motivated, tenacious, and detail-oriented approach to work
