## Description

You will drive new business growth for Corporate Trust (CT) products across various structures, including Escrows, Corporate Debt, Loan Agency, Project Finance, Asset Backed Securities, and Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs).

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive new business growth across existing client, prospect, and intermediary portfolios

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans and campaigns for growth areas

- Take ownership of revenue and calling targets aligned to the wider growth strategy

- Collaborate across the bank's core pillars to maximise referral opportunities

- Work with product teams to support new business execution and product benchmarking

- Ensure adherence to internal policies and external legal/regulatory frameworks

- Engage directly with clients and prospects in person

- Represent the bank at industry conferences and seminars

Requirements:

- Proven track record in product sales, specifically Corporate Trust

- Relevant experience in product, market development, and corporate strategy

- Strong knowledge of CT products and core client segments

- Strong network and origination experience with corporate issuers, borrowers, intermediaries, and non-banking financial institutions

- Experience in managing aggressive revenue targets and building new relationships

- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate clearly to executive audiences

- Strong understanding of risk control and compliance frameworks in banking
