**About the Team** The Workday Success Plans (WSP) Team builds programs to help customers drive business value from their Workday applications.

**About the Role** As a Sr. Functional Consultant, you will ensure the successful implementation of Workday's product solutions. You will provide implementation expertise to clients, configuring and testing Workday solutions to meet their business requirements.

**Responsibilities**

- Provide implementation expertise to clients

- Configure and test Workday solutions to meet business requirements

- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions

**Requirements**

- 5+ years of HCM Reporting, Analytics, and Data warehousing experience

- 3+ years of proven ability building and maintaining Workday HCM Reporting & Analytics

- Broad and deep understanding of Workday HCM Reporting & Analytics, including Report Writer, Prism Analytics, and Dashboards

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Nice to Have**

- Experience implementing Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft or similar software applications

- Experience working with BI Tools (Tableau, QlikView, Cognos, Business Objects)

- Understanding of data modeling concepts and SQL

- Workday Certification in at least one of the following: Workday Financials, Workday Reporting
