## Description

ABM UK is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Officer to join our team at Regent Arcade Shopping Centre in Cheltenham. As a Security Officer, you will ensure exemplary standards of security and customer service are always provided to the client and visitors to the site.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Interact with all visitors and tenants within the shopping centre, delivering first-class customer-focused service.

- Carry out regular patrols of the shopping centre as detailed in the site Assignment Instructions.

- Be professional, pleasant, friendly, courteous, and helpful at all times.

- Ensure exemplary standards in personal grooming, strictly adhering to the site uniform requirements.

- Ensure the site is a safe and non-threatening environment for all visitors and tenants.

- Liaise with site control room, proactively reacting to incidents.

- Help third-party contractors and visitors, ensuring all site procedures and policies are adhered to.

- Liaise closely with statutory authorities, dealing with incidents.

- Ensure radio procedures are always adhered to.

- Undertake any other reasonable duties as required to meet the needs of the business.

**Required Skills and Experience:**

- Valid SIA Licence(s)

- Knowledge of Assignment Instructions (AI's)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Customer/client-focused

- Ability to work under pressure

- Computer literacy required
