Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Meadowhall, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and support sales growth.

**Job Schedule:** Part-time with flexible shifts, including weekends and potential full-time hours during peak periods.

**Responsibilities:**

- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued

- Maintain knowledge of M&S Food products to make recommendations

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales goals

- Adapt to changing demands and priorities in a dynamic retail environment
