## Description

Squishable is looking for a Retail Operations Manager to develop and execute operational strategies for its retail fleet. The successful candidate will ensure stores have the necessary processes, systems, tools, and support to deliver exceptional customer experiences and strong business performance.

Responsibilities:

- Partner with the Director of Retail and Regional Managers to execute operational strategies

- Analyze operational metrics, labor, sales, and key performance indicators

- Develop and implement operational standards, policies, and procedures

- Provide guidance and support to Regional Managers and Store Managers

- Lead new store openings, relocations, remodels, and store closures

- Oversee facilities management, vendor relationships, and operational budgets

- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve operational workflows and inventory accuracy

- Evaluate and implement operational processes, systems, and technologies

- Lead cross-functional projects and provide operational reporting

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of progressive retail operations leadership experience

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Operations Management, or a related field

- Proven success in developing operational strategies and driving business results

- Experience leading new store openings and large-scale retail projects

- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and move throughout retail environments

- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds

- Ability to travel by air and automobile

Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 annually
