## Description

We are seeking a Front of House Leader to join our team at Pret. As a Front of House Leader, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring your team, driving team performance, protecting profit, and keeping customers happy through high standards and great energy.

You will be a people person with a passion for helping your shop and the people in it grow. You will bring genuine warmth and your authentic self to work every day, share our passion for exceptional customer service, and spread joy every day through small acts of kindness.

In return, we offer a base pay rate of £14.10 per hour, plus additional benefits such as:

- Additional £1.25 per hour Mystery Shopper bonus once training is complete

- Earn an extra £5 per hour for any shift started between 3-5am
