## Description

The CCaaS Senior Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions for Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platforms. The role involves working with modern CCaaS technologies, including Computer Telephony Integration (CTI), and integrating them with enterprise systems to enhance overall customer experience. The candidate will also contribute to solution architecture, performance optimization, and platform stability.

Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining CCaaS applications, configuring and implementing CCaaS platform capabilities, developing and managing integrations between CCaaS platforms and enterprise systems, designing and implementing CTI solutions, analyzing system performance, and collaborating closely with product owners, architects, designers, and cross-functional development teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in CCaaS platforms, hands-on experience in configuring and implementing CCaaS features, proficiency in software development using Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar programming languages, strong experience in REST API integration, authentication mechanisms, and cloud-based services, and a deep understanding of Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) concepts and implementation patterns.

In addition to technical skills, the candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to explain technical concepts clearly, and proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
