## Description

As a Global Supply Planner at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty, you will play a key operational role in delivering world-class product availability for the brand.

You will be responsible for translating the demand plan into an actionable supply plan, managing replenishment decisions and processes, and building strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing product availability in regional warehouses

- Translating demand plans into supply plans

- Monitoring supply availability and resolving deployment constraints and shortages

- Tracking deployment KPIs and driving deployment decisions

- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and suppliers

- Contributing to process improvement and S&OP planning

Requirements:

- Supply Chain Planning experience

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills

- Advanced Excel skills

- Proven analytical skills

- Ability to work at pace and build strong relationships
