## Description

Stripe is seeking a Product Recruiter to join their team remotely. As a Product Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in building the culture of Stripe by aligning top global talent with the company's highest-impact business needs.

The recruiting team at Stripe focuses on bringing the company's operating principles to life in their recruiting processes, providing a high-quality candidate experience, and leveraging data-driven storytelling to influence the business.

As a Product Recruiter, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, driving hiring strategy, and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience for the Product Management and Strategy & Operations teams across the Americas. You will partner with various stakeholders to understand their hiring objectives and drive recruiting strategies to meet headcount goals.

Key responsibilities include:

- Partnering with internal stakeholders to understand hiring objectives and drive recruiting strategies

- Collaborating with recruiting analytics to ensure accurate reporting of hiring progress

- Building cross-functional partnerships with compensation, HR, finance, and others to scale hiring

- Generating a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates through branding, events, and employee referrals

- Providing timely reporting of key metrics and insights to drive decisions and improve processes

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, experience partnering with hiring teams, and the ability to attract passive candidates and build a diverse pipeline. Strong written and verbal communication skills are also essential.
