## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Scunthorpe Retail Park. As a frontline team member, you'll provide exceptional customer service, work collaboratively with colleagues, and adapt to changing demands.

**Working Hours:**

- Sunday: 12:30-20:30

- Monday: 12:00-19:00

- Friday: 15:00-22:00

Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

**Responsibilities:**

- Deliver five-star customer service at pace

- Confidently recommend and sell M&S Food products

- Utilise digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive team environment

- Adapt to various areas of the store as needed

- Digital confidence and ability to use in-store devices

- Resilience and commitment to delivering excellent service
