## Description

The Salesforce up-market Commercial team focuses on working with growing organisations of 250-10,000 employees across the Consumer Business Services Industries.

As a Commercial Account Executive, you will work alongside AI agents and a talented extended team to help customers maximise their Salesforce investment and drive real business outcomes. You will build pipeline, shape long-term account strategy, and grow revenue through consultative selling and executive-level relationships.

**Responsibilities**

- Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts

- Develop and drive the overall long-term account strategy, aligned to customer business objectives, coordinating internal Salesforce resources and Prime and Cloud sales teams

- Share the Salesforce value proposition for existing and new customers, building opportunities through warm leads and whitespace prospecting

- Drive growth within assigned accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and new logo acquisition

**Requirements**

- 5+ years of full cycle sales experience, with at least 3 years in a field sales role

- Proven experience managing customer accounts to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and/or acquiring new logo accounts.

- Ability to build and deliver presentations and strategize with a large extended team

- Demonstrated ability to develop C-suite relationships and drive customer satisfaction at scale
