## Description

We are seeking a Director, Networking Finance to lead financial planning and analysis for our Networking business at our Santa Clara headquarters. As a strategic finance leader, you will influence high-level decisions, improve financial performance, and support our ongoing success in computing technology.

**Responsibilities:**

- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes for the Networking business unit.

- Serve as a trusted financial partner to senior leadership, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to guide strategic decisions.

- Develop and maintain financial models to support business performance analysis, scenario planning, and long-range planning.

- Monitor and analyze key business metrics, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to optimize financial performance.

- Present financial results, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and key collaborators.

- Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies within the finance function.

**Requirements:**

- 15+ overall years of dynamic finance experience in the technology, semiconductor, or networking industry strongly preferred.

- 4+ years of financial leadership experience.

- Consistent track record of driving impact in a global, fast-paced organization.

- Deep understanding of data center economics, cloud computing, or enterprise technology markets is a plus.

- Strong analytical approach with excellent business insight and executive communication skills.

- Proven ability to build positive relationships and influence senior collaborators across functions.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA strongly preferred.

**Compensation:**

- Base salary range: 248,000 USD - 379,500 USD.

- Eligible for equity and benefits.
