## Description

We are looking for a passionate, creative and hands-on Community Development & Advocacy Manager to build and grow the Assassin's Creed community in China.

Your mission is to turn players into engaged fans, and passionate fans into true brand advocates.

**Responsibilities:**

### Build & Grow the Community

- Define and execute a community growth and engagement strategy for Assassin's Creed in China.

- Identify different player audiences, their interests and the best platforms to reach and engage them.

- Grow an active, passionate community that strengthens brand visibility, loyalty and advocacy.

### Turn Fans into Brand Advocates

- Identify, recruit and develop core fans, community leaders and passionate ambassadors.

- Build different levels of community engagement, from wider fan groups to dedicated VIP communities, with activities and benefits tailored to each audience.

- Inspire fans to create, share, recommend and champion Assassin's Creed, including during challenging moments.

### Be at the Heart of the Community

- Engage directly with players every day: start conversations, answer questions, listen to feedback and build meaningful relationships.

- Keep communities active through discussions, interactions and regular engagement initiatives.

- Understand community sentiment, manage sensitive conversations and maintain a welcoming, positive and professional environment.

### Create Experiences That Bring Fans Together

- Imagine, plan and deliver engaging community activities: online and offline events, livestreams, contests, fan challenges, VIP experiences and more.

- Encourage fan creativity through cosplay, fan art, videos, guides and other community-generated content.

- Work with creative teams and partners to source, develop and adapt content that keeps the community excited and involved.

### Connect People & Make Things Happen

- Work hand in hand with Ubisoft's Global Publishing teams, our local partners and local teams to build a consistent community strategy for China.

- Bring ideas to the table, challenge proposals constructively and mobilize the right people and resources to execute activities.

- Act as the voice of Chinese players, sharing their feedback, expectations and concerns with internal teams.

### Own the Results

- Define clear objectives and measure community growth, participation, engagement, loyalty and advocacy.

- Understand what works, what doesn't and continuously improve your activities.

- Take ownership of your community's development and long-term health.

**Requirements:**

- Community Builder: Proven experience growing and managing gaming communities, with a strong understanding of gaming culture and player behavior.

- Creative & Hands-on: Full of ideas, able to turn them into engaging activities and personally drive their execution.

- People Person: Genuinely enjoys talking with players, building relationships and bringing people together, while maintaining professional boundaries.

- Strategic & Results-driven: Able to build a clear plan, set priorities, take initiative and deliver measurable results.

- Digital & Gaming Savvy: Strong knowledge of Chinese community platforms, social networks and the ways gaming audiences interact.

- Collaborative & Influential: Comfortable working with different teams and partners, able to defend ideas, negotiate and build on others' expertise.

- Passionate Gamer: Genuine passion for video games, ideally with a strong interest in Assassin's Creed.

- Communication: Native-level Mandarin and professional working English.
