The CFO organisation at EA comprises a broad group of finance disciplines, with a common goal of partnering with business teams to deliver strategies and provide players with amazing experiences. The finance teams assist the business in achieving profitable creativity by providing financial insight, reporting, and guidance.

The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team provides strategic and financial partnership to EA's Leadership team. The team achieves this by engaging with partners to influence and help deliver the broad strategy, providing strategic decision support and insights to guide EA's performance. The Senior Director Finance will work in a hybrid work model, defined as 3 days a week in an EA office.

This Senior Finance Director will lead business support for the Shooters & Action Role-Playing Games (ARPG) portfolio, serving as:

- An embedded and trusted senior advisor to Studio & Franchise businesses and teams;

- An experienced and demonstrated leader in the Global Finance organisation, contributing to strategic functional initiatives and transformation.

Supported by a team of approximately 10 employees, the Senior Director Finance will report to the Vice-President of FP&A, EA Studios, while partnering closely with Shooters / ARPG leadership.

Responsibilities:

- Partner with senior leaders across the business, including SVP / General Managers, Heads of Operations & Publishing, Executive Producers, and their leadership teams to support all financial elements associated with the successful execution of the Shooters / ARPG strategies.

- Provide actionable insights with a lens towards strategic execution and return on investments.

- Manage the holistic health of the various and collective businesses, including full P&L responsibility.

- Lead the financial planning process, including the long-range, annual, and in-year planning cycles.

- Partner cross-functionally to develop and manage operating metrics that support financial planning.

- Establish and track performance measurements across all major offerings and projects.

- Provide ad-hoc financial and decision support analysis in service of strategies and performance.

- Serve as a leadership partner on behalf of Shooters/ ARPG FP&A with other Finance teams / disciplines, including Enterprise & Experiences FP&A, Finance Transformation, Controllership.

- Lead the team responsible for financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across Shooters / ARPG, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives and strategic initiatives.

- Develop a high-performing FP&A team, fostering a culture of analytical rigor, inclusion, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Contribute meaningfully at a leadership level to recurring, key Finance initiatives to evolve and improve the organisation and impact.

Qualifications:

- 12+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership in senior-level roles.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.

- Advanced financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with hands-on experience using modern ERP and FP&A planning platforms.

- Experience utilising AI and technology solutions to improve financial processes, analytics, and decision-making.

- A people leader invested in the team's success and building an inclusive environment.

- Excels in a dynamic business environment and can resolve complex business issues.

- Builds trust, diverse relationships, and can move beyond reporting to synthesis and insight.

- Experienced in evaluating performance metrics and implementing action plans.
