## Description

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Solutions Architect to work with large enterprises in the Retail and CPG space, helping them become more data-driven.

The successful candidate will work with the Account Executive to define and direct the technical strategy for key accounts, leading to increased adoption of Databricks' products and ML & AI.

Responsibilities:

- Work with 1-5 clients as the main technical voice for Databricks

- Lead customers on a transformational journey to evaluate and adopt Databricks

- Implement technical strategy in the account

- Build a movement of technical champions within the account

- Align technical strategies around Databricks solutions

- Provide structured mentorship for other team members

Requirements:

- 8+ years of experience working with large enterprises in Retail and CPG

- 4+ years of experience in pre-sales or supporting sales activity

- Technical expertise in big data, data science, and cloud

- Ability to drive business transformation through data

- 4+ years of experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, NoSQL, MPP, OLTP, and OLAP

- Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala, or Java
