## Description

We are seeking a Vice President to join our Corporate Trust - Transaction Management Team (TMG) in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will review debt capital market deal documentation, work closely with clients, lawyers, and advisors to resolve issues, and ensure compliance with BNYM policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

- Review debt capital market deal documentation, including Trust Deeds, Agency Agreements, and Loan documentation

- Collaborate with clients, lawyers, and internal stakeholders to resolve documentation and operational issues

- Complete client onboarding responsibilities and hand over deals to the Client Service Team

- Stay updated with market developments and changes in legislation

- Embrace BNY's AI journey and identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements:

- Understanding of debt capital market products, including bonds, MTNs, securitisation, and project finance

- Knowledge of the issuance process through ICSDs, DTC, and CMU

- Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent combination of education and experience

- 5-7 years of total work experience
