## Description

As a SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant at MHP, you will collaborate with customers and HR teams to identify business requirements and design SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with customers and HR teams to identify business requirements and design SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay solutions.

- Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules in line with business needs and best practices.

- Manage implementation life cycles from requirement gathering, workshops, configuration, testing, and go-live to post-go-live support.

- Support solution design, system configuration, validation, and troubleshooting activities.

- Create and deliver training materials for end-users and administrators.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration and delivery of solutions.

- Support testing activities, including UAT, and assist with issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.

- Maintain project documentation, configuration workbooks, and knowledge transfer materials.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module configuration and implementation.

- Solid understanding of SuccessFactors platform functionalities.

- Experience in requirements gathering, workshops, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support.

- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SuccessFactors solutions.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Variable Pay.
