## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Aberdeen Union Square. You'll be at the frontline of the UK's fastest-growing retailer, providing five-star service, recommending products, and driving sales growth.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll:

- Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment

- Confidently recommend and sell M&S Food products

- Utilize digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues

- Adapt to changing demands and work across various areas of the store

This is a part-time, flexible role with varying shifts, including evenings and weekends. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours during peak periods.

M&S offers a competitive hourly rate, plus a £3.00 per hour unsocial premium for hours worked between 22:00-06:00.
