## Description

JLL is seeking a Managing Director, Financial Services, Account Management Asia Pacific to lead a strategic portfolio of financial services clients across APAC.

The successful candidate will have direct accountability for client satisfaction and retention, growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

- Securing and retaining strategic accounts through proactive relationship management and targeted retention strategies

- Prioritizing and leading critical renewals with key financial institutions

- Expanding the new business pipeline with priority regional-based institutions

- Developing and executing comprehensive account plans aligned with client business objectives

- Ensuring operational excellence for the portfolio of accounts

- Driving operational transformation and leveraging variable resourcing models and digital platforms to reduce cost-to-serve

- Leading the implementation of AI-focused technology programs to enhance service delivery, productivity, and decision-making

- Building, mentoring, and leading cross-functional, geographically dispersed account teams

- Driving talent programs with HR to improve employee engagement and belonging

- Representing JLL at industry forums, client events, and market-facing activities to enhance brand presence and establish thought leadership

The ideal candidate will have:

- A bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field

- Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in commercial real estate, corporate real estate, or professional services

- Extensive APAC market experience with cultural fluency and established networks across multiple markets

- Strong leadership skills, a strong technology and AI mindset, and exceptional executive presence and communication skills
