## Description

We are seeking a Health, Safety and Environment Leader-Moderate Complexity to join our Health and Safety team at Cummins Drivetrain and Braking Systems (CDBS) in Fletcher, NC.

In this role, you will make an impact by building effective teams, applying business insight, demonstrating courage, developing talent, driving results, instilling trust, managing complexity, and influencing HSE culture.

Key responsibilities include:

- Building strong relationships across functions to ensure clarity of roles and shared accountability

- Providing regulatory and technical expertise to lead daily operations and support regulatory interactions

- Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting performance data and KPIs to identify risks and drive improvements

- Coaching and communicating effectively to strengthen HSE culture

Requirements:

- College, university, or equivalent degree in Occupational Health, Safety or Environmental

- Significant relevant experience, including management of health, safety and/or environmental ISO Standards

- 5-7 years of experience, 1-2 years management experience

- Professional certification in HSE-related field preferred

- Bilingual Spanish skills beneficial
