Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section, where you’ll play a vital frontline role in delivering style advice and five-star service.

We’re looking for passionate, fashion-forward individuals who are ready to drive sales, grow our share in the style space, and help customers discover our most on-trend and fashionable products.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Operate in a high-demand environment, providing excellent customer service during busy periods.

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience.

- Maintain high standards of efficiency and effectiveness, balancing speed and accuracy.

- Contribute to a positive store environment, supporting colleagues and working as a team player.

- Adapt to changing situations and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.

The work pattern for this role is as follows:

- Week 1: Monday 08:00-12:00, Tuesday 08:00-12:00, Thursday 08:00-12:00, Saturday 16:00-20:00

- Week 2: Monday 18:30-22:30, Tuesday 14:00-18:00, Saturday 08:00-12:00

Note that this role involves working late nights, and applicants under 18 years old will not be considered due to health and safety legislation.

M&S offers a competitive salary, plus a £3.00 per hour unsocial premium for hours worked between 22:00-06:00.
