## Description

The Female Relief Care and Support Worker will play a crucial role within Jewish Care's Retirement Living team at Wohl Court on the Maurice and Vivienne Wohl Campus in Golders Green.

This relief position offers £14.80 per hour, providing flexible cover during the day and night, including weekends, as required. You will support tenants in their own flats, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life while providing practical and personal care.

Responsibilities include:

- Assisting with daily living activities

- Promoting choice and wellbeing

- Providing companionship

- Encouraging social participation

- Building positive relationships with tenants and their families

- Working with health and social care professionals

- Maintaining accurate records

- Contributing to individual care plans

A genuine occupational requirement applies for the postholder to be female. Experience in care is helpful but not essential, as full training and ongoing development are provided.
