## Description

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the digital experience of our core customer-facing platform, specifically the Business Account Home experience. You will own the transformation of how business customers navigate, prioritize, and manage their daily workflows. You will also champion AI-driven enhancements, such as intelligent conversational interfaces, and design smart, personalized customer pathways.

The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated interest and aptitude for AI, as well as experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products. You will be expected to demonstrate proficiency in five key areas: Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, Integrated Problem Solving, and Transformational Leadership.

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are: McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100 New York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100 Richmond, VA: $149,800 - $171,000

This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives.
