As a Full Stack Engineer, you will:

- Develop logical and innovative solutions to complex problems

- Drive business initiatives and translate user requirements into specified IT requirements

- Work closely with stakeholders, developers, architects and end-users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction

- Create test scenarios and test cases in integrated system tests and handle test case executions

- Participate in System Integration Test, User Acceptance Test, Production and ensure systems are tested thoroughly according to business requirements

- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and business contacts

- Develop expert-level understanding of local systems

- Ensure compliance with internal instructions, internal control standards and external regulatory requirements

- Manage and drive delivery from initial stage to final implementation

Requirements:

- 3-8 years of experience with securities application systems or algorithm trading systems, preferably in a local securities company

- Pass the securities industry qualification exam as required by the Chinese regulator CSRC

- Good written and oral communication skills in Chinese and English

- Experience or knowledge of China securities market

- Good knowledge of SDLC

- Experience as business analyst and system analyst

- Basic understanding of Linux and Windows OS

- Basic understanding of Database knowledge

- Experience working with vendors preferred

- Advantageous to have experience managing large-scale projects
