## Description

We are seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Hampshire Clinic, part of Circle Health Group. This is a bank role working on an 'as and when required' basis, supplementing staffing levels during busy periods and providing cover for existing staff in times of annual leave or absence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Dispensing and preparing medicines accurately in accordance with prescriptions and legal requirements

- Supplying medications to wards, theatres, and outpatient departments, ensuring safe and timely distribution

- Participating in ward-based activities, including stock top-ups, medicines reconciliation, and patient counselling (within scope)

- Working closely with pharmacists and nursing teams to support safe and efficient use of medicines at ward level

- Maintaining appropriate levels of stock across all areas of the pharmacy and clinical units

- Ordering, receiving, and checking deliveries, ensuring secure and correct storage of medicines

To be considered for this role, applicants should meet the following criteria:

- Registered Pharmacy Technician with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)

- NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Pharmacy Service Skills (or equivalent qualification)

- Experience working in a hospital or healthcare pharmacy setting

- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

- Good communication and teamwork abilities

Circle Health Group offers a competitive hourly rate of up to £16.00 per hour, depending on level of experience, training, and qualification.
