## Description

Flow Traders is looking for a Digital Assets Options Trader to join its global Digital Assets Trading team in Amsterdam. The ideal candidate has experience in digital asset options, volatility trading, market making, or related derivatives strategies, and a strong understanding of crypto options market structure.

The successful candidate will be part of a highly collaborative global team, working closely with traders, quants, and engineers to develop and scale options trading strategies across centralized and decentralized markets.

### Responsibilities

- Develop and optimize digital asset options strategies across OTC and listed markets, including CeFi and/or DeFi venues.

- Manage OTC trading flow, including RFQs, pricing, execution, and counterparty interaction.

- Oversee the day-to-day activities of an options desk.

- Contribute to building and improving the desk's trading processes, pricing, monitoring, and risk-management framework.

- Collaborate with traders, quants, and engineers to enhance execution and trading infrastructure.

- Generate and validate trading ideas using data and real-time feedback.

### Requirements

- Experience in options trading at a proprietary trading firm, market maker, options desk, or crypto-native trading desk.

- Experience with crypto or digital asset options preferred, across OTC and/or listed markets.

- Working knowledge of options theory, trading basics, and risk management.

- Experience with OTC options, including RFQ handling, quoting, pricing, and counterparty interaction.

- Strong understanding of options pricing, volatility, execution, liquidity, and market dynamics.

- A proactive and collaborative approach, with an interest in helping build a growing options trading function.

- Comfortable working flexible hours.

- Strong quantitative and programming skills, including experience with tools such as Python and SQL.
