## Description

We are seeking a General Merchandise Manager to lead our non-food products team in our Grimsby store. As a General Merchandise Manager, you will be responsible for presenting our non-food products in a fantastic way to delight our customers, ensuring your area runs smoothly every day, and managing performance and capability of your team.

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Taking responsibility for the management of all non-food products

- Ensuring your area runs smoothly every day from the shop floor to the warehouse

- People management, including managing performance and capability, conducting disciplinaries, and ensuring scheduling and pay are accurate

- At times, assuming overall responsibility for running the store

**Requirements:**

- Previous line management responsibilities in a fast-paced, operational environment

- Experience leading teams in a dynamic, customer-facing environment

- Leadership experience in a high-volume, fast-paced operational setting

- Proven success in delivering against a wide range of KPIs

- Experience managing complex people matters
