We are hiring a teacher for our founding team at Success Academy Miami in Miami-Dade. As a teacher, you will play a crucial role in giving every student a fair shot at reaching their potential.

## Key Responsibilities

As a teacher, you will:

- Collaborate with colleagues and leaders to strengthen instruction and student outcomes

- Serve as an ambassador of SA's Adult Winning Culture

- Engage and invest families in students' academic growth, behavior, and overall success

- Build strong, trusting relationships with students and a classroom culture of joy, rigor, and high expectations

- Deeply study the SA curriculum, assignments, and learning goals

- Deliver rigorous, engaging instruction that drives mastery of the content

- Regularly study student work and assessment data to evaluate learning

- Lead and manage a classroom of 25+ students

## Compensation

The salary for this position is $55,000.
