## Description

We are seeking a Packer to support our pharmacy warehouse operations at Accredo, Evernorth's specialty pharmacy. As a Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring medications are packed accurately, securely, and in compliance with pharmacy and quality standards to support safe and timely delivery.

**Responsibilities:**

- Pack completed prescription orders while ensuring accuracy and proper handling

- Prepare shipments according to pharmacy, warehouse, and quality standards

- Verify order contents prior to packing to ensure completeness and accuracy

- Label and organize packaged orders for distribution

- Enter and reference information using internal systems

- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

- Follow all safety, compliance, and standard operating procedures

**Requirements:**

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Basic math skills

- General computer, internet, and Microsoft Office skills

- Flexibility to adjust tasks or schedules as needed

- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

- Employees are required to obtain a Pennsylvania Pharmacy Technician registration after hire and onboarding; the company fully funds the process and provides end-to-end support to ensure successful completion.
