## Description

Leidos is seeking an experienced Software Engineering & Platforms Manager to lead software engineering, DevSecOps, data platforms, and enterprise automation initiatives supporting the United States Coast Guard's Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, and Intelligence Service Center (C5ISC).

The Software Engineering & Platforms Manager plays a central role in providing technical leadership, strategic direction, and delivery oversight across a diverse portfolio of software engineering and enterprise platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading multidisciplinary engineering teams;

- Overseeing DevSecOps and CI/CD capabilities, data engineering and integration platforms, and enterprise automation solutions;

- Coordinating with technical partners;

- Managing project schedules, resources, and technical risks;

- Driving continuous improvement, modernization, and workforce development.

The successful candidate will have:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline;

- 8+ years of progressively responsible software, platform, DevSecOps, data, automation, or related engineering experience;

- 4+ years of direct technical people management or engineering leadership;

- Strong technical depth in software/platform engineering, DevSecOps, cloud-based systems, or enterprise integration.

We offer a salary range of $131,300.00 - $237,350.00.
