## Description

We are seeking a Mission Manager to join our team in Northern Virginia. As a Mission Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating, resourcing, and overseeing the execution of persistent collection operations. You will work with in-house and geographically dispersed elements to achieve clearly defined collection objectives.

Key skills for success in this role include the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, making complex multi-factor decisions under extreme stress. You must be able to think critically about the immediate and long-term implications of tactical decisions and how they fit into overall team objectives.

Requirements:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Experience in tactical ground operations, tactical air operations, complex command and control tools and systems

- Ability to work in high to extreme stress environments

- 6+ years of Intelligence or DoD experience

- Valid driver's license with real ID

Education:

- Bachelor's degree with 4-8 years of full-time professional experience

- Master's degree highly desirable with 2-6 years of experience

Salary: $73,450.00 - $132,775.00
