## Description

We are seeking a Change Advisor to join our team. As a Change Advisor, you will have a consistent track record of building customer relationships and be a great listener with the ability to connect with people in diverse roles. You will thrive working cross-functionally, particularly with Sales, Engagement Leaders, Solution and Technical Architects, Human-Centered Change Practitioners, Experience Designers, and External Partners.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored change strategies

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders

- Travel up to 25-30% of the time to work onsite with customers
