- Leading day-to-day local operations for multiple AUVs and subsea platforms, including conducting pre-mission testing, launch and recovery, vehicle tasking, and data analysis

- Deploying globally in support of maritime operations from various support vessel types

- Writing, reviewing, and executing test plans during sea testing

- Coordinating test execution with 3rd party vendors, partners, and logistics companies

- Authoring detailed daily operational test reports

- Supporting software UI design feedback for maritime systems

- Participating in generating user documentation for AUV and subsea operations

- Contributing to routine design reviews of the platform under test

- Contributing to next-generation designs and features for maritime products

- Participating in day-to-day offshore test operations

## Requirements

- 5+ years of experience operating robotic systems at-sea in a commercial or research offshore environment

- Ability to adapt quickly and learn in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

- Experience with leading on-deck operations utilizing ship-based crane, A-frame, or dedicated launch and recovery systems

- Experience deploying and recovering subsea equipment at sea

- Experience with Linux and command-line interfaces

- Knowledge of electronics troubleshooting and basic use of test equipment

- Experience with Microsoft Excel

- Extremely organized and detail-oriented

- Demonstrated experience with subsea operational procedures and equipment

- Excellent communication and customer support skills

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

- Ability to deploy up to 50% of the time

- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance
