## Description

Ajax Systems is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead growth in Sub-Saharan Africa.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in the electronic security industry or a similar field, with strong technical knowledge of electronic security systems, including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and fire alarm systems.

Key responsibilities include:

- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities that align with the company's growth strategy

- Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders

- Conducting market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and potential risks

- Analyzing market data to develop and execute effective sales strategies

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services

- Preparing and delivering presentations to potential clients and partners

- Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients and partners

- Managing and prioritizing multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
